Return Policy: Pyramid Guitars Co. offers a 48 hour return policy upon receiving an item for out of state purchases. Buyers can return an item within 48 hours for money back or store credit upon inspection of the instrument. Buyer pays shipping both ways. Deposits on custom order pieces are non-refundable.
